*I have a new shipping company that specializes in Antique Furniture delivery and I will no longer be using FedEx or DHL except for small items (some pieces can't be shipped due to weight or height), because our furniture is one of a kind, it is usually vintage and very fragile, vintage items are just that...Vintage, therefore they usually are not 100% perfect, there may be an occasional ding here and there and sometimes a drawer may stick, but that is an easy fix.!   We do not give refunds unless something was damaged in transit! **All sales are final! If necessary, we will issue you a store credit!

** On other items shipped, we ship via USPS-Priority Mail, twice a week, please allow up to two weeks for delivery, and special orders and signs can take up to three weeks, though we will do our best to get it to you sooner. All sales are final!

***Virginia Sales Tax of 5.5% will be added to all orders (in Virginia) plus applicable shipping and handling.

****There are no refunds or store credits on special orders. Please obtain a shipping quote from us on furniture items ordered, before purchase. All other items will give a shipping charge/total at checkout.

Average Shipping Charges for purchases are listed below (these do not include furniture, heavy accessories or hand painted signs) .  Happy SHOPPING!!!

carrier once the merchandise has been accepted, it is up to the buyer to obtain a refund from the carrier  *All prices are subject to change without notice  **All dimensions are approximate     Damages and Claims

*Damages sustained in transit are the sole responsibility of the freight carrier 
*If packaged item is dented, opened, punctured, or looks as if damage may have occurred,
examine contents in the presence of the driver 
*All damages must be noted at time of delivery and taken up with carrier immediately 
*Notate any visibly damaged cartons, or shortages directly on the bill and keep all packing materials
*Any damages must be reported to us within two days of receipt 
*Our furniture is usually sold distressed and is not to be considered a defect 
*Our furniture is inspected thoroughly prior to shipping and is accepted by the carrier in good condition  
*No returns on furniture will be accepted! Other item returns, must first have authorization and if accepted a store credit will be issued!!!!

Our on-line store is open 24/7 for your shopping convenience. If you prefer to place your order direct, please call us @ (703) 585-2733. We are available to take your call between 11 a.m.– 4 p.m. (EST) Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. If you can't reach us, please leave a message as I check my messages twice daily and will get back to you promptly.

At Tres Chic Boutique/The Bella Rose Cottage, we currently accept Visa and MasterCard (PayPal for our online customers). Personal checks are also welcome but merchandise will not ship until the check has cleared. Shipping and Handling and Insurance will be added to each order (it is not included in the price of the item)!!!
