My name is Brooke and I have always been interested in decorating and home décor.
I have a goal of creating warmth and beauty within a home!
For many years, I have listened to friends and family tell me that I should be a decorator,
and finally have my own business and boutique. After 10 years of working for a doctor as
an Office Manager, I decided to give it a try!!! Tres Chic Boutique/Bella Rose Cottage
was born and this is *my dream* of doing what I love!
My love for Shabby and Chic decorating began several years ago , thanks to designer
Rachel Ashwell. I read all of her books and love what I am doing! I love going out to
find vintage treasures and creating something beautiful out of an old neglected piece of furniture or "antiques" that I find!!! All of my pieces of furniture are usually
one-of-a-kind finds, which makes them extra special! You won't find my
furniture anywhere else!
Shabby and Chic décor combines vintage floral fabrics with time worn pieces of vintage furniture and home décor. Shabby and Chic can be mixed in with other things and
virtually goes with any décor because of its simple elegance and timeless appearance.
My goal is to provide you with unique and affordable home décor in a fun and
convenient setting! So please take a few moments and look thoroughly at my website.
I am sure you will find that there is something you just have to have, from vintage
furniture to hand painted glassware to my sweet shabby signs that can also be
customized for you or as a gift. I will always try to provide you with a large selection
of vintage cottage treasures, painted in wonderful shabby and chic style. I usually
paint my furniture in Cottage White, Antique White, Daisy White, and
Fresh Pink.......sometimes we even use a gorgeous Lavender color.......
if you love a piece and would like it repainted in pink or lavender, just ask!!!!!!
